Tanggung Jawab

• Independently manage full-set accounting: Handle daily vouchers, general ledger, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation in accordance with PSAK/SAK, including accounting for fixed assets, leases, inventory, etc
• Independently handle all Indonesian tax filings:
• Monthly filing of Value Added Tax (PPN) using the Coretax Administration System, withholding taxes (PPh 21/23/26/4(2)/15), and monthly corporate income tax installments (PPh 25)
• Annual corporate income tax reconciliation and filing (SPT Tahunan), including fiscal adjustments (koreksi fiskal)
• Maintain PKP (VAT-registered taxpayer) status, handle e-Billing payments, operate the Coretax system, and coordinate with tax audits
• Others: Cooperate with headquarters to provide local financial data, assist in internal control processes, and perform other duties assigned by management
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related fields
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in the logistics/freight forwarding/shipping industry
• Ability to independently manage full-set accounting and complete all Indonesian tax filing processes; familiar with PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and Coretax/e-Faktur/e-Billing systems
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of working independently
