Senior Accountant

Responsibilities: * Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting. * Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, payments, and financial records.

* Supervise accounting staff and support budgeting, tax reporting, and audits. * Monitor project costs, vendor payments, and construction-related financial reporting. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and construction/project cost control. * Proficient in Excel and accounting software. * Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.

Preferred: * Experience in construction, property, real estate, hospitality, or villa management industries.
