Drive company revenue growth by actively acquiring new clients, developing strategic accounts, and delivering tailored ICT solutions including network, security, infrastructure, and managed services. This role focuses on hunter-style sales , identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term enterprise clients. New Business Development (Hunter Focus) Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients across various industries through networking, prospecting, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Enterprise Account Acquisition Develop and secure large or strategic accounts by understanding client business challenges and proposing suitable ICT solutions. Solution Selling Collaborate with presales and technical teams to design and deliver tailored IT solutions including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services. Pipeline & Opportunity Management Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure consistent progress from lead generation to deal closure.
Proposal & Deal Execution Prepare and deliver business proposals, conduct solution presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable deal closure. Account Development & Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (managerial and C-level) to expand business opportunities and ensure long-term collaboration. Project Coordination Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategy. Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or related roles on System Integrator Industry . Proven experience in hunting and acquiring new customers .
Proven track record of winning and managing large or strategic accounts on B2B or Enterprise Market . Experience working in a System Integrator, ICT, Technology Solutions, IT Services Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure, or Managed Services company . Good understanding of enterprise technology solutions (network, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure)
