Tim Keamanan bertanggung jawab penuh untuk menjaga keamanan, ketertiban, dan keselamatan seluruh aset properti, tamu, staf, vendor, serta kontraktor. Peran ini mencakup pemantauan area akses masuk dan keluar, pelaksanaan patroli properti secara rutin, pengoperasian kamera pengawas (CCTV), serta penanganan insiden darurat secara profesional. Anggota tim keamanan juga bertugas memastikan seluruh peraturan properti dan prosedur operasional standar keamanan dipatuhi dengan disiplin tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain security and safety of the property; Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas; Conduct regular property patrols; Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity; Control access of guests, staff, vendors, and contractors; Maintain security and incident logs; Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents; Assist the operational team when required; Ensure property rules and security procedures are followed.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience as a security officer, preferably in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment; Security certification (Gada Pratama) is preferred; Physically fit and medically able to perform security duties; Alert, disciplined, honest, and responsible; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Able to remain calm and professional in difficult situations; Willing to work shifts, including night shifts; Based in Bali.
