Security, Legal and External Relation Section Head (Lampung)

Job Description Summary : Assisting Refinery & Fractionation Supervisor in conducting Refinery production process.

Implement daily production plan from Refinery and Fractionation in accordance with production memo to process ISCC CPO, non ISCC CPO, RSPO CPO and non RSPO CPO. Controlling the daily activities of Operator and Helper and control the results of his work. Checking the filling of all process data recorded by Operator in Logsheet plant.

Make a work report shift Refinery if Supervisor no / absent. Ensure the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective action taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan, ISCC system. Monitoring the smoothness of production process and quality of production.

Coordinate with related sections in completing their tasks. Lead subordinates and responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline and implementation of occupational health and safety. Implement PRP Monitoring, Deep Cleaning and Glass Monitoring.

Ensure the plant is in good condition by either the outsorce cleaner or by the internal employee shift. Minimum Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or FMCG industries.
