The Section Head of Leasing at Summarecon Mall Makassar oversees the strategic direction of the mall's leasing activities. This leadership position is responsible for driving occupancy rates and optimizing the tenant mix to ensure the mall's commercial success. This role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies, managing the end-to-end leasing process, and leading the leasing team. The Section Head of Leasing negotiates complex commercial terms, builds long-term relationships with key tenants and business partners, and monitors tenant performance to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, or Business Development
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong understanding of leasing management, tenant mix, rental strategies, and the property business

Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
Manage the leasing process from tenant sourcing to finalization of agreements
Supervise and develop tenant relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tenant operations meet requirements
Lead the leasing team and prepare performance reports
