Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Guidance and Counseling (Pendidikan Bimbingan dan Konseling) Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong understanding of child development, especially at the primary/elementary level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to speak and write in English (active communication required)

Patient, empathetic, and able to build trust with students Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Able to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school management

Good administrative and reporting skills Job Description Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
