The Chief Baker directs and oversees team members and all preparation of bakery products onboard for guests and crew. This role involves active participation in daily bakery production while supervising, assisting, and training team members in the bake shop. The position requires adherence to company policies, environmental compliance, and USPH/HACCP standards to ensure high-quality bakery products and guest satisfaction.
Tanggung jawab: Direct, supervise, and assist the preparation of all bakery products onboard; Prepare daily schedule for all bakery team members; Evaluate and conduct monthly ratings for each bakery department member; Monitor and control actual hours worked for bake shop team members; Implement food handling and cleaning procedures in accordance with USPH standards; Follow all HACCP procedures; Control food cost by monitoring production, consumption, and forecasts; Check quality and quantity of items ordered and received from stores.
Kualifikasi: Comply with company policy regarding waste separation and environmental compliance; Conduct regular training on food waste separation and environmental compliance as per Global HESS policies.
