The Operation Staff is responsible for processing customer orders, inspecting goods, and preparing cargo for dispatch. This role involves packing products securely, printing logistics labels, and coordinating cargo pickup and delivery with courier partners. Additionally, the staff prepares periodic reports on operational performance, expenses, and inventory levels, while ensuring adherence to Integrated Management Systems and information security protocols.
Tanggung jawab: Process customer orders accurately, inspect goods, and prepare cargo for dispatch; Pack products securely for shipment, print logistics labels, and coordinate cargo pickup and delivery with courier partners; Prepare periodic reports tracking logistics operational performance, expenses, inventory levels, and special projects; Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System; Participate in the investigation process of accidents or incidents; Engage in information security control processes.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations or warehouse handling; Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics and cargo delivery processes; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in English.
