Marketing Staff di Samudera Indonesia akan terlibat dalam pengalaman kerja global yang kolaboratif. Peran ini berfokus pada pengumpulan dan analisis data pasar untuk membantu pengembangan strategi penjualan dan pemasaran. Anda akan berkomunikasi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk menjawab pertanyaan, memberikan informasi, serta mengevaluasi kebutuhan mereka. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengelola konten pemasaran seperti materi iklan dan brosur, serta membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan. Anda juga diharapkan berpartisipasi dalam implementasi Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, menjaga keamanan informasi perusahaan, dan berkontribusi dalam investigasi keselamatan kerja di area departemen.
Tanggung jawab: Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies; Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs; Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System; Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to adhere to Integrated Management System requirements; Participate in the investigation process of accidents or incidents; Engage in the information security control process.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Internship or work experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred, preferably in the forwarding, logistics, or related industry; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
