Requirements
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sample development process, from prototype samples to pre-production (PP) samples
- Lead and supervise the Sample Room and Pattern Making teams to ensure product quality and on-time sample completion
- Conduct sample evaluations and coordinate fitting sessions to achieve buyer approval
- Work closely with Merchandising, Production, QA, PPIC, Purchasing, and other related departments throughout the product development process
- Develop and monitor sample development schedules to ensure all milestones are achieved
- Ensure all samples comply with buyer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements
- Analyze fitting comments and provide technical solutions related to garment construction and pattern development
- Monitor material consumption and improve sample development efficiency and productivity
- Train, coach, and develop the technical skills of the Sample and Pattern teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Sample Development Department
