Tanggung jawab: Manage the end-to-end sample development process, from prototype samples to pre-production (PP) samples; Lead and supervise the Sample Room and Pattern Making teams to ensure product quality and on-time sample completion; Conduct sample evaluations and coordinate fitting sessions to achieve buyer approval; Work closely with Merchandising, Production, QA, PPIC, Purchasing, and other related departments throughout the product development process; Develop and monitor sample development schedules to ensure all milestones are achieved; Ensure all samples comply with buyer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements; Analyze fitting comments and provide technical solutions related to garment construction and pattern development; Monitor material consumption and improve sample development efficiency and productivity; Train, coach, and develop the technical skills of the Sample and Pattern teams; Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Sample Development Department.
