Tanggung jawab: As a translator for Mandarin, English and Indonesian; Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with office staffs and external parties; Managing calendar and organizing appointments / meetings / events, booking and arranging travel including transport and itineraries; Preparing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence; Managing databases and filing systems; Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion; Willing to travel for business trip; Requirements :; Capable of communicating both vocally and in writing in Mandarin and English; Bachelor's Degree in any major; Computer literate; MS. EXCEL and MS. Power Point.
