Position • Job title: Sales Support • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities ⁃ Responsibilities on Offers: Producing offers and sending to the clients, brief customers on final itinerary. For rejected offers, initiate for revising offers to meet client needs. ⁃ Quote responsibilities: Providing quotes as per requirements, check and amend on quotes as requested. Following up with Travel Agents on quotes. Before Go-Ahead control pre-payment deadline.
⁃ Go-Ahead responsibilities: Prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operation team, attached the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other supporting documents. Pre-Go-Ahead itinerary screening. Where applicable, manage customer amendments e.g. flight details, ad-hoc items, re-pricing. ⁃ Complete administrative tasks (including building the tour in the system, customize tours, and accessing special request). ⁃ Manage itinerary changes.
⁃ Provide administration and documentation support to the Sales team, Travel Agent profiling, existing account management etc. ⁃ Receive and check Travel Agent requests. ⁃ Work closely and liaise directly with Travel Agents, Network offices, Asia offices, by phone and email.
⁃ Other support duties as and when assigned by Manager. Required Skills/Abilities ⁃ Required skill(s): Ability to work effectively with the systems & procedures, attentive to detail & accuracy, strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure with tight deadline, and able to work independently.
