About the role We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Support professional to join our team at PT Citra Kencana Cemerlang. This is a full-time position based in Jawa Barat. As a Sales Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless client interactions. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication between clients and the sales team, and helping to drive business growth through excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management Managing client inquiries and ensuring prompt, professional responses to sales-related questions

Coordinating meetings, presentations, and client visits for sales representatives Maintaining accurate records of client information, sales leads, and transaction details in the company database Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other documentation required for client engagement

Processing client orders and ensuring smooth handover to relevant departments Supporting the sales team with research on market trends, competitors, and client requirements Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics

Serving as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly Undertaking other administrative duties as required to support sales operations What we're looking for
