Sales Supervisor TV focus - Infinix Jawa Barat

Develop and execute area sales strategies to expand AIoT TV business and increase market share. Lead and manage the TV sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process to secure new projects and contracts. Oversee AIoT project execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling TV products, technology sales, or a supervisory role. Proven track record in developing AIoT or technology business and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
