Tanggung Jawab

• Drive B2B sales activities for digital office solutions and security systems within the construction, metalworks, interior, and signage sectors
• Engage with clients to promote and sell products including smart meeting rooms, queuing systems, lighting control systems, LED lighting, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads within the target markets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activities and industry trends
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, project management) to ensure smooth project handover and implementation
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up
• Other tasks as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Minimum conversational English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales handling digital office solutions and security systems
• Must possess own SIM A driving license
• Own personal vehicle (car)
• Target-oriented, with high drive to achieve goals and good negotiation skills
