Responsibilities: Meet with doctors to promote and introduce the company's products. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and key customers.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. Coach and develop Sales Staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis. Monitor team performance through field visits, coaching, and regular evaluations. Prepare sales reports and support exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOP, and sales procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any major; Pharmacy, Medical, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative Supervisor or Sales Supervisor in the aesthetic industry. Proven experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
