The company connects people, processes, and technology to build smarter fulfillment and logistics solutions, providing services such as online distribution via e-commerce, fulfillment & storage, and offline distribution across Indonesia. As a Sales Supervisor based in Surabaya, you will oversee and drive sales performance within a designated area for the FMCG distribution business. You are responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution for MT (Modern Trade) and GT (General Trade) partners. You will act as the key link between the company and the market, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize market share.
