• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets for HELLA Brake Pads
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives
• Expand market coverage by acquiring new distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet customers, and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, business partners, and principal
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and sales programs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen market presence
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term customer satisfaction
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive aftermarket industry
• Proven experience in handling automotive spare parts or automotive accessories
• Experience in handling brake pads will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of dealer, distributor, workshop, and fleet business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel for business trips
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half-day)
