Sales Supervisor

Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) preferred in business management, marketing Work Experience: Minimum 5 years as a sales supervisor or in a sales team leadership position (experience in printing, consumer goods, or similar is preferred) Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage the performance of the sales team in the field

Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Target Orientation: Able to work under pressure with tight achievement targets
