About the role : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our sales team in Yogyakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales performance and leading our sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets. As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. This role is integral to our business strategy and offers significant opportunity for career progression within a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key responsibilities : Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Yogyakarta region
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on team progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes Conduct recruitment and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent the company effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and relevant regulations within all sales activities
Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed of market trends Manage sales forecasts and budgets, working towards profitability targets and efficient resource allocation What we're looking for :
