Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned market segment to expand the company's customer base
• Understand customer needs, operational requirements, and business challenges to recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical explanations to customers when required
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, order confirmation, to after-sales follow-up
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and support sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and business opportunities in the company's reporting system
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including technical support, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review
• Other responsibilities as needed
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Business level of English to do technical discussion with foreigner
• At least 3 years experience as Sales in Trading, Printing and Flexible Packaging in companies
• Have driving license (SIM A)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
