Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new clients (50% hunting, 50% account management). Promote Sea Freight and Air Freight logistics solutions to meet customer needs. Conduct client visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. Support the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Business-level English proficiency.
Willing to travel within the Semarang area for client visits. Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industries. Knowledge of Sea Freight and Air Freight services.
