Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and maintain business relationships with existing customers
• Update customer information regularly
• Calculate selling prices, submit quotations, and issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Update customer raw material forecasts, track remaining inventory, and manage material deliveries
• Assist in resolving customer issues related to material delivery and production
• Conduct regular visits and phone calls to maintain strong customer relationships
• Perform sales activities to secure customer orders based on established plans
• Handle sales management tasks, including forward exchange contracts (WF), credit limit registration, and updates
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Conduct market research and gather relevant business information
• Expand and develop business relationships with new, potential, and prospective customers
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to provide technical support, production, and purchasing services
• Register new products and new customers or suppliers in the internal database
• Job Requirements:
• More than 3–5 years of sales experience in a trading company, preferably in the chemical industry
• Experience working in a Japanese company
• Experience in market research and business development
• Business-level English proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Valid driving license
• Stable career history
