Cocoup Furniture, perusahaan furnitur yang sedang berkembang di bawah naungan PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia yang berlokasi di Priskilla Tower, Tangerang, mencari Sales Showroom yang termotivasi dan komunikatif untuk bergabung dengan tim penjualan. Tugas utama posisi ini adalah membantu pelanggan di showroom terkait informasi produk, pemilihan, dan pembelian secara profesional, menangani pesanan dan dukungan purna jual, berkoordinasi dengan tim sales dan operasional untuk mencapai target penjualan, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, serta membantu tugas administratif dan pelaporan terkait penjualan.
Tanggung jawab: Assist customers in the showroom with product inquiries, selection, and purchases; Provide product information, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally; Handle customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales support; Coordinate with the sales and operations team to meet sales targets; Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers; Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks related to sales.
Kualifikasi: Female; Minimum D3 diploma; Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred; Minimum 3 years of sales experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
