Sales & Retail Operations Analyst

Job Description Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, retail operations, and key business metrics. Monitor, analyze, and report sales achievements, dealer performance, retail productivity, and operational KPIs.

Calculate and validate dealer incentives, promoter commissions, salaries, attendance-related reports, and other performance-based programs accurately and on time. Handle demo unit claim verification, tracking, reconciliation, and operational administrative processes. Manage retail team databases, including promoter information, account registration, activation, maintenance, and system updates.

Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Finance, HR, distributors, dealers, and field teams to ensure smooth operational processes and data alignment. Support system administration, data uploads, policy implementation, and operational process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and reporting timelines.

Provide analytical insights and operational support to management for decision-making and business performance improvement. Manage and maintain the accuracy of sales and retail operational data, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
