Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Introduce and explain our padel racket rental services, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with selecting the appropriate racket based on their needs and playing level.

Process rental transactions, payments, and returns accurately. Promote and upsell additional products or services when appropriate. Ensure all rental equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

Build positive relationships with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience. Support promotional events and marketing activities. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental area.
