Sales Project - Sulawesi

Develop new accounts and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and potential clients. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow ups and negotiations. Target and manage project hotels, housing, apartements, commercial.

Actively canvass and expand sales channels for major projects. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations. Organize event and networking activites with costumers and partners.

Provide reguler reports and project pipline updates to the Supervisors. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or a related field. A background in Architecture or Interior Design is a significant advantage.

Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Project position in a building materials company. A strong B2B customer database, including contacts in architects, developers, commercial entities, office buildings, is a significant advantage. Willing to be assigned throughout Sulawesi and work in a mobile role.
