Making test project in terms on improve distribution/sales/performance on Distributor. Improve & Manage all National Account team.
Tanggung jawab: Making test project in terms on improve distribution/sales/performance on Distributor; Improve & manage all National Account team (BM, DM & DA) through managing daily operational basis; Managing skill & making plan for improving skill/knowledge National Account team with advance training; Arrange all event that related with distributor activity (gathering, contest &, etc) & new channel opportunity development; Requirement:; Bachelor degree from Engineering, Management or equivalent; Preferably have experience in business development, GT, or B2B, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Strong analytical skill and creative thinking, presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia; Willing to learning new things and ability to work with target; Willing to travel around Indonesia.
