Manage hospital accounts, achieve sales targets, handle tenders, build stakeholder relationships, conduct product training, and drive market growth.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and develop hospital accounts (Inpatient, Emergency Department, Pharmacy, Procurement, Medical Support Units); Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage for medical device products; Conduct product presentations, in-service training, and product trials for healthcare professionals; Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital management; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities; Handle and support tender processes and hospital purchasing systems; Conduct regular customer visits and ensure high customer engagement; Qualifications & Requirements; Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Public Health, or other Health Sciences (preferred); Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Specialist / Clinical Specialist / Application Specialist Specialist in medical devices; Strong track record in achieving sales targets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong product detailing and customer engagement skills; Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis; Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently; Willing to travel and be relocated as required; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Own a personal vehicle and have a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
