Love Bumi Bali is a retail F&B company specializing in protein cookies. We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Person to represent our brand, build strong relationships with our store partners, and support our business growth by expanding our partnership network both in Bali and across Indonesia. The role involves identifying and acquiring new store partners, maintaining long-term relationships, acting as the first point of contact for store-related issues, assisting the Finance team with payment collection and month-end closing, and monitoring partner performance to identify sales improvement opportunities.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and acquire new store partners in Bali and other regions across Indonesia; Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing store partners; Act as the first point of contact for store-related issues and ensure timely problem resolution; Assist the Finance team with payment collection and month-end account closing; Monitor store partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and strengthen partnerships.
Kualifikasi: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); a bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Previous sales experience in retail, F&B, or other industries is preferred; Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; Able to operate Microsoft Excel; Confident, proactive, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships; Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license (SIM); Own a personal laptop.
