PT Predmet Furniture Bali is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Officer to support the daily operations of our Sales Department. This role combines sales administration, customer relationship management, and business development support. Key Responsibilities * Manage all administrative activities for the Sales Department. Operate and maintain accurate sales transactions using Odoo ERP*. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Google Sheets* and Microsoft Excel . * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation. * Identify and engage potential clients through social media, telephone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. * Support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities and expanding the customer base. * Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records Qualifications * Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. *At least 2 years of experience* in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related role. * Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP is required.
