Sebagai Sales MT/GT, Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengontrol dan memantau perkembangan area penjualan, membuka peluang pasar baru, serta menjaga hubungan dengan mitra bisnis dan pelanggan. Tugas Anda meliputi pembuatan laporan penjualan mingguan dan bulanan, pengembangan strategi komersial, serta penanganan keluhan pelanggan. Anda juga diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang industri kecantikan, kemampuan negosiasi, serta kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office dan alat pemasaran digital.
Tanggung jawab: Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility; Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets; Have existing business partner/customer; Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports; Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets; Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business; Handle customer complains; Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills; Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools; Follow up customer complaints and comments; as well as customer relations management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Min. 1-2 years experience as Sales MT/GT preferable in cosmetic or beauty business industry; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationship with clients; In-depth knowledge of beauty industry business; You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and in a team; Possess a valid SIM C and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings; Master the Yogyakarta area and its surroundings; Have own transportation (motorcycle); Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools; Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills; Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback; Follow up customer complaints and comments; as well as customer relations management.
