Kualifikasi

• · Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written) is REQUIRED
• · English communication skills will be a strong advantage
• · Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Textile, Fashion, Business, or related fields is preferred)
• · Experience in garment merchandising, sales, or customer handling is preferred
• · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• · Able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other system

Tanggung Jawab

• · Manage communication and relationships with Japanese customers
• · Coordinate order processing from development through production and shipment
• · Follow up on customer inquiries, production status, and delivery schedules
• · Work closely with Merchandising, Production, PPIC, QA, and Shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction
