Sales & Marketing Manager

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within nightlife, hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing sales reports and campaign performance Creative eye for content and event promotion

Fluent in English; additional local language(s) a plus depending on market Outgoing, well-connected, and comfortable networking within the local hospitality/entertainment scene Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events/campaigns simultaneously

Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented Build and manage relationships with promoters, influencers, corporate clients, and VIP guests

Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets in coordination with management Negotiate partnerships and group bookings (corporate events, birthdays, private parties) Manage a network of promoters/affiliates and oversee commission structures
