Sebagai Guest Relations Officer (GRO), Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa selama mereka menginap. Tugas Anda mencakup menyambut tamu, menangani pertanyaan dan permintaan, menyelesaikan keluhan, serta menciptakan pengalaman yang dipersonalisasi sesuai dengan nilai-nilai brand dan standar layanan Grün.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude; Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences; Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns; Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively; Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences; Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance guest stays; Maintain guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards at all times.
Kualifikasi: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Familiarity with the VHP system is required; Relevant educational background in hospitality or related field; Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Able to join immediately is preferred; Bali-based, preferably in the Kuta Selatan.
