Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role Milk & Madu Group and Revolver Group are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead commercial growth across multiple hospitality venues. This role is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing strategic partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and strengthening brand presence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across both groups.

Drive corporate sales, group bookings, private events, catering, and business partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, villas, DMCs, travel agents, wedding planners, and local communities. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, brand activations, and seasonal events.

Lead business development initiatives to expand market reach and generate new revenue opportunities. Coordinate event planning and ensure seamless execution with Operations teams. Monitor sales pipeline, campaign performance, and marketing ROI through regular reporting.

Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Maintain CRM, pricing governance, and sales processes to support business growth. What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within Hospitality, F&B, Hotels, or Lifestyle industries. Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, and marketing strategy.
