Sales Marketing - Freight Forwarding

Requirement : Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Service in Freight Forwarding, Shipping Line, or Export-Import. Have an active Export & Import customer database and be able to develop new business opportunities.

Understand the business processes of Freight Forwarding, Export-Import, and Customs (PPJK). Possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.

Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree in any major (scanned diploma required). Goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team. Job Description :

Seek, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets. Conduct visits, presentations, negotiations, and offer freight forwarding and export-import services to customers. Develop sales strategies and analyze market opportunities to grow the company's business.

Prepare quotations and follow up on them until closing. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer needs are meet. Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
