About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join Admiral Blesensa Abadi. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the healthcare and medical sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions, whilst promoting our comprehensive range of medical products and solutions. This position is essential to our strategic growth objectives and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with healthcare facilities, medical practitioners, and institutional clients Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Provide product information, technical specifications, and clinical data to support client decision-making Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build brand awareness
