Sales & Marketing Executive

This position is open to candidates at different experience levels. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Sales Admin positions. Candidates with lower experience may be considered for Sales Admin roles with a salary range of IDR 4,000,000 – 5,000,000 per month. Responsibilities:

General This role is Remote/ work from home basis Work closely with internal teams (Sales Admin, Accounts, Compliance, Operations)

Ensure smooth handover from sales to onboarding Support reporting, documentation, and internal coordination Sales / Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Conduct discovery calls and present company services to potential clients

Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals Build and maintain strong client relationships Track and manage sales pipeline, performance, and revenue targets
