This role involves managing sales activities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, specifically focusing on PVC plastic products. The Sales Manager is responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers in both supplier and customer organizations to ensure long-term business success.
Beyond relationship management, the position requires initiating and finalizing profitable trading transactions while prioritizing risk management and high returns. The incumbent will create and implement revenue generation strategies, conduct detailed analysis of supply and demand trends, historical data, and competitive pricing, and oversee the business strategy, profit targets, and performance metrics for the team.
