SALES MANAGER - HORECA

SALES MANAGER - HORECA RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sell and promote Sensa Tabletop brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives to horeca market.

• Hospitality strategy and planning. Drive the mid and long term retail strategy by understanding the market flow and retailer and competitor trends. • ‪‪Horeca data analysis. Perform improvement plans on the potential sales issues of subsidiaries and retailers via retail data analysis.‬‬‬ • Sales KPI (Key Performance Index) management. Manage the operation of sales KPI (Key Performance Index).‬‬‬‬

• Recognize the horeca customer concerns using sales point data to continuously developing methodology for cooperative retailing. ‬ • Prevent issues in sales at sales subsidiaries by regularly reviewing Sales KPI(Key Performance Index). ‬ • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, service requirements.‬

• Develop and implement planogram, shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Sensa Tabletop brands.‬ • Participate in the installation of revamped tableware sections, displays and placement according to company merchandising standards.‬ • Develop new market for horeca and obtain a new sales lead.

• Actively conduct market research for product development. • Responds to any inquiries from the sales team/consumers. • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
