About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Outer Island to join PT. Lasallefood Indonesia / PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama This is a full-time position based in Cileungsi, West Java, with responsibility for driving sales growth and market expansion across our outer island territories. In this strategic role, you will oversee sales operations, build and manage high-performing teams, and develop key business relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets whilst representing our brand across challenging and diverse markets.

Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned outer island territories.
Lead, motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives and supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance management to ensure team excellence. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, retailers and customers to secure contracts and expand market presence. Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform business planning.
Manage the sales budget, monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations whilst maximising profitability. Coordinate logistics, distribution and supply chain activities to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics for senior management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and regulatory requirements across all territories. Identify and recruit talented sales personnel to build a strong sales force capable of serving remote island markets. Travel regularly to outer island locations to meet with customers, support the sales team and conduct field supervision
