About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join PT Timbercraft Ecolestari. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time position based in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Raya, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and market presence. What you'll be doing Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing detailed reports for senior management Conducting sales training and coaching sessions to develop team skills and competencies Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets for product expansion Collaborating with marketing, operations and other departments to support sales initiatives Managing sales budgets and controlling expenses to maximise profitability Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members Representing the company at client meetings, trade shows and industry events What we're looking
