About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales/Tele Sales professional to join our dynamic team at PT SYSTEX ASIA INDONESIA'. In this full-time, office-based role in Jakarta, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for our innovative IT solutions. What you'll be doing

Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email to introduce our products and services Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities Maintain an in-depth understanding of our IT solutions and their features and benefits

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies Accurately track and report on sales activities and performance Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing clients

What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or tele-sales role, preferably within the IT/technology industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients

Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a simple, compelling way Ability to work to and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
