Job Responsibilitie Drive sales and business development of health supplement ODM solutions in Indonesia Develop and manage local brand owners, distributors, e-commerce sellers, and key accounts (including cross-border brands)
Lead import-based ODM projects from overseas (China/other countries), including formulation, packaging, and regulatory coordination Identify client needs, propose customized solutions, and close deals through strong negotiation skills Manage project execution (sampling, registration, production, delivery) with internal teams
Achieve sales targets and manage order fulfillment and payment collection Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging categories (e.g., anti-aging, functional supplements) Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and brand growth
Job requirement: 1–3 years of experience in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, functional foods, or ODM/OEM sales Familiar with Indonesia local market channels (brand owners, e-commerce, distributor networks); existing client resources are a plus
Strong B2B sales capability, with experience in project-based selling preferred Knowledge of import processes, BPOM registration, or local regulations is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills
