Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development / Marketing professional in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics (Cargo Export & Import) company is mandatory. Strong advanced selling skills with a highly achievement-oriented mindset .
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively persuade and build trust with customers. Solid knowledge of transportation, logistics, or related business fields . Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures, documentation, and regulations will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and actively participate in all sales activities. Manage and maintain existing customer accounts while continuously expanding the customer base by acquiring new clients.
Responsible for closing deals , negotiating contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction . Provide professional service support to customers based on the company’s service offerings. Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer needs are met.
