Sales Executive Data Center - WFO - Jakarta

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with enterprise clients requiring data center, colocation, cloud, and IT infrastructure solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Engage with key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and Procurement teams to understand business requirements and recommend suitable data center solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with technical and solution engineering teams to develop customized proposals, pricing models, and service offerings that meet customer needs. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, account management, and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and position the company's data center services effectively. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates while ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and compliance with company sales processes.
