A. Position SALES ENGINEER B2B (CHEMICAL PRODUCT) B. Job Description

Market Development Identify new market opportunities, approach potential customers, establish communication, and maintain strong client relationships. Visit Planning Prepare detailed work plans and schedule customer visits. Product Sales & After-Sales Service : Sell company products: Cleaning chemicals, water treatment chemicals for RO System, boilers, chillers, and cooling tower, as well as other chemicals for industrial use, distributors, and others. Routine check for water quality if required.

Sales Target Achievement Expected to meet assigned sales targets (to be discussed based on project and market conditions). Sales Negotiation & Follow-Up Conduct follow-ups with prospects and engage in sales negotiations. Technical Presentation Clearly explain product specifications and application areas to customers.

Company Representation Uphold and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company. Reporting Submit daily and weekly visit reports using the provided standardized form (Who, When, Where, Why, What). Domicile Area bekasi and surrounding areas.

Product Sales & After-Sales Service : Sell company products: Cleaning chemicals, water treatment chemicals for RO System, boilers, chillers, and cooling tower, as well as other chemicals for industrial use, distributors, and others. Routine check for water quality if required. C. Qualifications

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3), any major.
  • Preferably with numerous customer relationships in manufacturing plants.
  • Preferably with numerous customer relationships with RO system, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers that use chemical water treatment products.
  • Experienced in B2B sales and marketing minimum 2 years.
  • Familiar with Indonesian regulations, application areas, and the improvement our products bring to customer processes.
  • Ability for trouble shooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Holder of valid driver’s license (SIM A).
  • Disciplined, responsible, and loyal.
  • Able to understand and communicate in English.
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently or in a team
