• Develop and execute outdoor sales activities to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, and respond to feedback promptly
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in plastic machinery, or industrial product
• Must have strong communication and public relations skills in order to build good relationships with customers, understand their needs, solve their problems, and successfully close deals
• Willing to work flexible hours when necessary
• Willing to comply with the company's attendance requirements and daily and weekly sales performance tracking system
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic English or Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia
• Ability to travel overseas for training as required
• Candidates with engineering experience in repairing and servicing plastic injection moulding machinery who are ambitious to grow into sales, are encouraged to apply
